Can anyone give some comment about this development? Saw some units are ads at around $1280 - $1350 psf . the 2 bedder with 570sft will be ard $7xxK , is this a good price? seems like all properties advertised by housing agents around this area and Balestier ranging between $1200 - $1500 psf. :scared-4: :scared-4: :scared-4: is this really the current market price for these areas??
