Dun have price list but nw hav 3% VIP discount for all units for limited time only. I believe after developer has achieved a certain % target sales of units, they will up the price. As of today is officially 25% sold. Psf on av is $2100psf + - for typical units....Penthse 16xxpsf range. Let me knw if u are keen to drop by the showflat anytime. Cheers:cheers6:

The early-bird average price for the private preview, which began on Friday, was $1,950 psf. Lump-sum unit prices are said to range from $2.27 million for a 1,098 sq ft, two-bedroom apartment on the second storey to $7.1 million for a 4,359 sq ft penthouse with five bedrooms and a family area.
The freehold development comprises two blocks (five and six storeys) on the site of the former Buckley Mansion at No 11 Buckley Road and will incorporate a conservation bungalow next door (No 9 Buckley Road) for use as a clubhouse for the project.
A property agent described the take-up for Buckley Classique as being 'in-line with current market conditions, given that things are less buoyant now'.
