Would you be more shocked knowing that it is a second floor unit?

I know this project, the location doesn't have a good name, but everything else really stands out, I'm therefore not really surprised by the price of this particular project, after all, I don't remember seeing similarly scale condos launched in that area for many years already, in short, it doesn't have a competition.

Waterina is much closer to the vice activities, and I heard there are many actually living in the opposite Sunny Spring, making the environment worse; Same can be said for the one near Aljunied.

Dakota is better, I agree, but the price is way higher, besides, my impression is that it doesn't have a compound as big as the subject condo, but I could be wrong as my memory a bit poor...

Just to add, when I said no competition, i meant the kind of big compound, full facility, around 500 units condo...

Is the transacted really 2nd floor? Agreed with economist there isn't any big project near the vicinity.
