grandview is located along main road, lor 22, which is a big plus. location wise very good. the only question is will tenant demand be all from chickens?

That's weird, yesnomaybe claim that it is 250m from Aljunied MRT but I check the street directory and it shows that it is almost 400m away.

250m is my own visual estimation standing in between Grandview Suites and Aljunied mrt.
Let's not have another ridiculous argument on the Internet over the accuracy of the distance again.

Bottom line is it is a walk able distance

you can try measuring the actual distance by using google earth. it is less misleading and also better for your reputation. forummers here are a discerning lot. :D

Misleading is a very loaded word ! I did actually state that its ABOUT 250M....which implies that I am not certain about the actual distance.

There is a huge difference between making an estimation and making a blatantly false statement with intention to deceive.

I am not certain that Singaporeans who are brought up in therigid educationsystem basedon rote learning can make that distinction.

anyway to help you along, i have just measured using google earth. actual distance is 400m.

even when i am buying a ppty and inviting for co-investors to join in, i will do my own homework including checking the actual distance to MRT. i will not shoot a number in the dark by using "own estimation visually".

shows how much sincerity you have.
