Anyone had any comments about The Sunshine? it's near Serangoon MRT but also next to the flyover. Have not been inside before. trying to get an agent to arrange for viewing

If you are looking for D19, I suggest Oasis Garden. A good location and TOP soon. I am not an agent.

hey thanks. but it's a bit too far, we are looking at somewhere closer to Rosyth Primary and the price is steep too
