The Ramford at Rambai

The Ramford condo is located at Rambai Road. Perhaps that's where it got the inspiration for its name from. Rambai Road is a small lane in the heart of Katong, somewhere between Marine Parade and Joo Chiat. Some may say it is within walking distance of Marine Parade, but frankly, it is a pretty long walk.

This is a relatively smaller development, on freehold land, which is one of the biggest attractions of the Ramford condo. The other attraction is that it is actually within the 1 km radius of Tao Nan Primary school. Just remember though, that this is one of the harder primary schools to get into.

Other than that, surprisingly for its size, the Ramford condo will offer quite a wide selection of unit types. No one bedders, since this location draws more owner occupiers than pure investors looking for yield. The smallest unit type is for a 2 bedder. Then we have 3, 4, and 5 bedders, and penthouses. There is even a pair of semi detached houses on sale.

Architecturally, the design takes its inspiration from the London Mews homes, that were once carriage houses, but have since been converted into highly desirable homes in London. Here is an example of what one looks like.
