Sales not bad according to agent when I visited. Something like 130 out of 170 launched on furst day. But dunno latest sales no with new released stacks

Following last month’s lacklustre private home sales, analysts predict May’s figures to hover below 2,000 units as most of the scheduled launches are rather small.
Pricing is good but the finish may not. Visited Stratum and Jewel (Buangkok), and I can see the differences in the finishing. Of course the pricing too.:doh:

try walking along the winding road to the beach and ses if it takes 5mins. perhaps the sale guy just took the shortest distance, without considering the fact that he needs to climb over undergrowth and private houses.
