The west sun is no joke, even the low floors will likely get it. I survey the site at WV and it really is hot when I was there about 3-4pm. FEO need to work their magic to sell the quarry view. ;)

By the way, I don't think there will be townhouses in this development. The recent URA ruling depicts that foreigners can only buy townhouses in condominium properties that have obtained building approval before 3 April 2012.

This project should be in the range of $900-$1200.

I agree, timing is the most critical, next is then location. So think about it before you buy unless the price is below $800 psf.

I drive/ cycle past this place every day. It is jam in the morning with full of cars, and no amenities nearby except for a petrol station
If its really 900-1200 psf, then those at WV will HUAT AH :D

the land cost $4,497.81 psm...so it is $416 psf land.

Yes, I am vested in WaterView. I was only too happy when I saw Eco selling like crazy. Calculate the margin far east made for Eco?? If far east sells this at 900 psf. Trust me, I will Defintely buy!!
