Launch of Forest Woods Condo Delayed

Forest Woods Condo, a joint development by CDL, Hong Leong & TID will experience some delay on its Preview sales. This is due to the reason that the Developers are unable to get the share values of the condo approved by the Authority.

Forest Woods showflat is originally schedule to be opened to the public on 17 Sep, Sat. However, because of the delay, market watchers estimated that it will now be pushed back 2 weeks later, that is, 1st Oct.

Therefore, the actual preview sales will be in mid October. Guess the eager public who is very keen to view the showflat will have to wait for a little longer once they had sort out the share values matter with the Authority.

The previews sales is scheduled to be on 8th Oct 2016, Saturday. Potential buyers are welcome to visit the showroom, which is situated just next to NEX shopping mall from the date mentioned above.
The 1+study price is expected to start from $6xxk.

It’s finally confirmed!. Forest Woods showflat will be opened from 24 Sep 2016, Saturday 10am onwards to welcome the public. The preview sales is confirmed to be on 8 Oct 2016, Saturday.

Buyers or investors who are house hunting currently will be spoilt for choice as both dates actually coincides with Alps Residences at Tampines Ave 10. Forest Woods is developed by CDL, Hong Leong & TID while Alps Residences is by MCC Land.
