    freehold! starting prices cfm 2kpsf upwards and probably hit 2.5-2.7kpsf for the top few flrs

    600sqft 1bedder X2k=1.2mil for the lowest flr....hmmm any takers?

    I think they should maybe learn from the previous project and call it "Dorsett" or something to bring it more "upmarket". Spottiswood and Outram area just seem so downmarket. Even the MRT station is full of leerers and harrassers leering at every girl and looking for China streetwalkers (worst still - approach every girl for "service"). Never like the environment - makes one feel very uncomfortable. If you're a family, I would suggest avoid at all cost. In fact, I find Geylang more discreet than those old men at Outram and the surrounding district, including Spottiswood area.

    i dun tink this project caters for family anyw....mainly 1-2bedders...shd be commanding 2kpsf+ taking 76 shenton as a guide....76shenton better location but 99lh..this FH but near to HDBs...probably about same pricing...but 2kpsf i wun bite

    haha...agts in pptyguru indicated 2kpsf on average leh...

    if price at 1500psf....den dorsett residences which was sold around 1800psf on average and 99LH HOW?

    anyway....the 1bedder no-no for me oredi as faces direct noon sun

    2bedder 800sqft if price at 1500psf translates to 1.2mio ...I WILL GRAB....dun fight over my CHOICE unit hor!

    i only noe low-mid flr 2bedder at 1500psf i will GRAB....most likely starting prices from 1800-1900psf for 2bedders and 2000psf for 1bedders...3bedders probably 1700-1800psf+

    In the Spottiswoode Park area, developer UOL bought the 92-unit Spottiswoode Apartment en bloc for $79.5 million or $732 per sq ft per plot ratio in April 2007 - a price that was above earlier indicative sale levels. It later bought Oakswood Heights for $132 million or $740 psf per plot ratio.

    B1 and B2 layout for the 2 bedder with 915-958sqft is not bad with pool facing and no afternoon sun. Good investment if price at $1500psf.

    knowing, the wees, UOL and using Duchess Resi as example as usual, ALL will be 2000psf and above, regardless of 1 bedder, 2 bedder or 3 bedder. ALLLLLL FROM 2000psf. 1500psf have, for wee and friends and associates lor. go and befriend them lah.
