There is quite a lot of info, data and photos in the Waterview Residents fb group. If you are an owner, you can go to the fb group and request to join, by indicating your unit no.

Can anyone pls advice which FB page to join? See 2-3 pages created in FB for this. Appreciate your help as I just joined this forum and quite interested in quotes and pics listed here. Btw, I have gotten 2+1 apt in WV.

Dear home owners of Waterview, over the past few months I have consolidated a number of Interior Designers and Home Improvement businesses to provide better deals for us home owners. It is also possible to organize a group buy with them to strike a even better deal for the participants.

I have been trying to reach Condo Singapore for sticky threads so everyone can benefit from the site. However I have yet to get a respond so meanwhile I can only post in individual threads.

It would be great if you guys can input what other products/services you are keen so I can look for the relevant businesses and see what they can offer.

waterview looks well built from driving along noisy tamp ave 10 (9 lanes of road madness)

A lot of buzz now at Waterview Residents fb page.

Congrats to all. Lets hope for few and minor defects and smooth reno and moved in for all.

Depends on how fast SL's lawyers sent out the letters and Notice To take Vacant Possession and how fast SL receives the payment for the 25% plus maintenance and survey fee. Then, you can proceed to call SL to make arrangements to put you in the schedule for keys collection. This could take at the earliest from 2 weeks to a month and a half, based on other developments.
