    And for that tiny plot of land, they squeezed two rows of apartments... Those pool facing should be call wall facing... I reckon u can see the opposite block tv.

    1150psf and up is steep...
    agreed that probably only the mm units will be taken up.
    guess this price range will give some upside to dbr owners...

    anyone heard if eastpoint will be redeveloped?
    its a great disappointment with the current mix.
    If got news of redevelopment, might seriously consider this area..

    the land cost is 523psf... sell at 600 psf... the developer can build attap houses.. haha

    Yes, can never be at or lower.
    Add 250 construction and 250 profit. At least 1023 and above. Likely 1200-1300 psf

    Saw the site plan...very packed together, those pool view units are more like neighbour view. Good thing about the floor plan is no bay windows no planters and some units do not have bomb shelter as well. But 1200psf is much too steep.

    Location good, price ok, Double bay good. New development up the prices example.

    The best units are the higher floor south facing ones with unblocked landed houses view.

    Hows the quality of construction for Chip Eng Seng. The location is excellent but priced steep.
    Wonder when they plan the TOP. Hope its not 6-7 years from now like Double Bay.
