they have a preview on 17 Feb. Agents pester us to give them blank cheque if interested, but pricing is 1150 psf at least. They have dual key units and it's about 1302 sqft for 3 bedder. not sure whether they have early birds discount.

Showroom opened this evening, jam-packed with people with psf from 1100-1400psf .... looks like this time CES really spends a lot of $$$ in showroom, brochure, animated presentation to create the feel-good factor. Proximity to Eastpoint also helps as the showflat is mostly transparent with "luxurious feel" a tnight.

Anyway, NV residences further in D18 also selling close to My Manhattan:

But the 1 bedroom units here are selling closer to 1300-1400psf!
For NV only the 1 bedders exceed 1000psf.

Scary....Hopefully waterfront isle can sell 1400psf next time when Top with the mrt up and running.

Azeo, WFI has the rooftop garden, playing tai-chi at the roof top garden will be excellent. So don't sell it so fast, enjoy the excellent view first.

psf from $1100? For LH property at Simei, with only a small Eastpoint shopping mall & MRT nearby, no sea-view somemore.
It's overprice. May as well buy at pasir ris with seaview at this level of price.
Developer no choice but to sell high, cos the land cost in May 2010 was bidded at more than $500psf.
It's directly beside MRT track, so live near MRT with direct MRT track noise.
A smart move will be to live near MRT & yet no/minimal MRT track noise.
