I think for a good reason of not interrupting the use of facilities by other residents, it isn't allowed unless there is prior approval being given. So far I don't think I have seen any classes being held.

Hi guys, really sorry for this late notice.

Something sad has happened in the family, hence I'll be needed @ home, for the next couple of days.

However having said that, I still hope we can meet up in the near future, once things are more settled @ home.

The next round will be on me ...

Ya lor ... I know there will be a 18 Chefs' branch as not too long ago, they were doing a recruitment there.

When I probed further, they could only say it's some time in next month ...

Hi to all My Manhattan unit owners, as you all know I will be coming on this Saturday to meet some of the unit owners in regards to refinancing your property loan as Manhattan TOP this year and will most likely attain CSC by the first quarter of 2015.
If there's any one of you here that are interested on how refinancing can help you to save money, you're welcome too on this Saturday!

Hmm ... in lieu of the re-opening of the mall, shall we have a meet-up there?

Hi guys, Eastpoint Mall will reopen on 2 December!
    http://www.straitstimes.com/news/sin...dec-2-20141126

By the way, just want to share that we were nearly locked out as the Samsung lock suddenly indicated 'low battery' without any prior warning! Thank God we have a key with us!

Here comes the scary part. When I went on to change the battery, the 'Zetking' batteries which were supplied with the door lock were actually leaking! Hence I didn't bother to use the remaining 4 fresh batteries which also came the lock and used Duracells instead.

Something you wish to take note ...

usually those 'brandless' batteries not reliable.

for battery lock, is it supposed to use powerful battery like energizer or those cheap battery like sony meant for clocks and remote controllers?? sometimes when the battery is too powerful, it will spolit the appliance or create leak especially like on clocks, remote controls for tv n aircons

We had the same issue, the scariest part is that we didn't even know it wasn't locked when we closed the door and left the house. When we came back, nothing work, we tried opening, clicked and it opened. Worried, we called samsung hotline and the person advised us to lock the door manually. He came the next day and told us that this happens to all, esp in our condo, and that we shd check for leak every month.. Mentioned that the developer should advise the owners about the leakage, but they didn't. He advised us to change alkaline battery 1-2 months (when you hear 'music'). Placed only 4 batt..

Thanks for the heads up guys. I just checked my door batteries and found the same prob.

Do we want to meet up this week or wait till the mall settles a bit next week?

The mall occupancy still not 100% but quite packed with people already. Looks like many of us are away, I am just back from overseas too. Good to meet this or next week,

I have been using my yale digital lock for over 5 years. No such problem at all. I still think Yale is still better compared to korean brand.
