    Fragrance projects design really sucks. They need to hire good and tasteful architects.

    all their projects looks the same....same layout as well...cut cost

    At the very minimum, at least for this project, they are not using yellow exterior walls - their typical "corporate" colors

    This one looks more in line with their 3rd generation coloring used for projects like Kovan Grandeur. 2nd generation is Prestige Loft, Parc Imperial, Imperial Heights, The Cotz etc.

    I look at it another way - they tend to use the same builder, contractor etc, so the speed as a result is due to familiarity with developer's requirements etc already and with BCA approvals etc and the quality 'guarantee' is there so you almost always know what you will get.

    Their target market don't care about design or aesthetics, so why bother? These small developers do not look for awards or accolades - they just want to make the biggest margins - sell at max price with lowest cost production.
