sometimes I find that old design is better. Squarish with lots of usable & livable space.

    It reminds of Airstream...

But not sucky. I like longish layout...

Layout aside - is there really IR (Sentosa) view as depicted by some of the photographic impressions?

the longish one is already the best of it. the others with the balcony is worse. but the longish one still bay windows all round.

its facing keppel distripark which i m not sure how tall it is.

the longish concept not bad if the overall width is increase by another 30-50%......when the depth becomes too narrow...its useless and unliveable

So CRANE view? Or CONTAINER CRATES.... Haha...

Oh ya the baywindows... when was the building plan approved? How come still so 'old fashion' build baywindows... really cmi.

Anyway on to the name... Harbour Suites sounds quite classy. I like.

Maybe could have called Lighthouse, Beacon Suites or The Sonar.... lol

The 527 sq ft is disgusting. Can you accept a living room the size of a queen sized bed? I hate long units anyway. Long units as in go in is kitchen, then living room, then bedroom, then toilet.

    Default From ST today

According to marketing agents The Straits Times spoke to, almost half of the 44 units at Harbour Suites in Kampong Bahru Road have been snapped up.
They went on sale on Monday last week.
Prices of the smallest 419 sq ft one-bedroom unit sold for about $724,900, with the one-bedroom units proving the most popular.

I fully agree. Some units When door opened show the kitchen. Literally dev is saving space but imagine when there is heavy cooking the living room kanna.

I prefer kitchen is hidden in a corner with walls.

The recent top Wilkie 80 is sthg like that.
