Heard that there are a lot of defects in the unit.. Like door closed too tight and very hard to open again after you closed it. Water get choked at balcony.. Flooring issues.. Keeping my fingers crossed..

I will be getting my keys next week (finally).. Called up FR early this week and indicate to them that I would like to collect my keys asap. The next day, my solicitor called me and told me that they have received the letter from Wing Tai's solicitors. I will need to pay 6 months of maintenance fund and in the mean time, my solicitor will contact the bank to disburse the remaining 25% of payment to the developer. Only after Wing Tai received the payment, then I will be able to collect the keys.

It has been a long wait...

My unit still under construction...dun know when can collect the keys? But went to my friend unit, indeed got defect on the compress marble, parquet floor, almost all the veneer door and kitchen laminate door and including a missing part at kitchen cooker hob. If u are staying at higher floor indeed got a very nice view and can see MBS..very nice. Good luck to all the brother and sister who had collected the keys.

Congratulations to all who have collected or about to collect the keys. May I know if you see that it is in sequence of the block? e.g. 101, 103, etc.

Is it just me or do you guys find the maintenance fees really expensive? It is different from the estimated share price originally posted on http://www.foresque-residences.sg/fl...intenance-fees

I have yet to collect the key for my unit. What is the maintenance fee per share?

It is a stunning 55 per share unit excluding gst
Means for a 3 bedder it is at least 411 including gst
For 2 bedder it is 353 including gst per month

These prices are 30 percent higher than the estimated maintenance prices marketed to us when we signed on the S&P. Am not sure if its usual practice for them to raise it so high in 3 years but for a 496 unit development in a suburban area(not a small development) i feel it is really expensive

I share the same sentiments. I have a 2-bedder and was expecting around $250/mth. You are right, for a big development I find it pretty high. The question now is, is there anything we can do? or suck thumb....???
