CMI from Fooldan, Sg is just a small little market.......and you are trying to base here just to sell to them....and with heavy investment in properties? I heard many PRC are parking their money overseas due to clamp down on corruption in businesses in cahoot with Govt officials there.....to avoid having their assets detected and confiscated.......or are u attracted to recent graft cases - thinking that corruption is as rampant here?

Also strange why would you want to specialize in Chem Engineering when your family is in Solar Panel business.....

Finally, good riddance of used-car dealer trash talk types for the Foresque fraternity. You should have closed shop sooner or we might find our Foresque (in case you decide on loaning more for something better than EC) being abused for used car trading like in the case of some condos.

p/s catching up on local online news...while dumping the remainder from the morning of course.

yes there are clothes hangar racks for all units. its specified in the floor plans catalogue.

Just passed it today. Saw that another crane coming down. I believe block 107. Left 2 or 3 cranes now.

I think construction will be done in Oct as per an earlier post.

Also saw cranes for Eco sanctuary coming up.

.....should be between June -Sept looking at the progress, lots of internal works and facade plus facilities need to be done up. Similar to the stage Tree House was at around this time last year.
