Any Facebook for foresque REsidence
[QUOTE=Nighttrain;488153]Got...going to party this Saturday.?[/QUOTE
What is foresque residence Facebook link ?
It's a "Pre Hand Over Party" this coming Sat from 9am to 12pm.
But stated clearly in the mail that key collection is not on that day.
More like a session for you to take a look at the common area.
Hopefully can get some insight on the date of key collection.
just checking ... eco sanctuary, tree house and foresque residence ...
which one is most jialat suffering from bke expressway sound ...
New to this forum, first post to share...
All pictures taken during the "Pre-Handover Party", 30/8/2014.
"Pool view" for those units facing TREE HOUSE.
very nice looking condo. Congrats to those whom brought it
I think having a sky garden makes all the difference, or rather a rooftop pinnacle like garden
everything looks good except the muddy pond water.
Wah Treehouse pool looks so.... after seeing Foresque's pool.
You can find out easily when taking a walk along Zhenghua Park: Many new residents of Tree House will be up for a surprise because the constant sound carpet
from BKE is easily heard and even reflected from their blocks. Once you walk towards the Foresque Blocks 103/105, you will realize that there is a small elongated mountain
in the park with high trees on it, which acts like a sound barrier at least for the lower floors of those blocks, so they are the quieter choice and best location.
I was at the pre-handover party, can't hear any traffic noise, neither at sky deck nor pool deck.
Any 2 bedroom unit picture to share ?
Hello everybody! I am new here. Congrats to our Foresque neighbors.
This is a very interesting forum. After learning much from here, I have decided to contribute.
I am living in TreeHouse and this is my take on the noise level. If your block is directly facing the BKE, expect noise pollution. The main culprit is not the cars but those damn motorcycles with modified exhaust. Not sure why LTA is not clamping down on them. Anyway, your solution is to close the windows and keep the balcony closed. That will eliminate 95% of the sound. You can then admire the beautiful reservoir view from the inside comfort of your spanky new place in a nice quiet environment (as nature intended) and breath in the filtered air from your aircon.
If you are on lower level, you are fine especially if there is a barrier in front of your unit. The barrier could be man-made (such as the perimeter wall of your condo) or natural (such as slope or thick growth of trees). Obviously, if there is a barrier in front of you, the awesome views of the reservoir from your unit will be limited. But the upsize is the much reduced traffic noise for our neighbors who prefer peace and quiet.
For our Eco Sanctuary neighbors, I can’t help noticing the lower floors in Block C is directly facing and is pretty close to the HDB gardening plot. For those not in the know, that is where vegetables are planted and maintained as part of the community living effort. The beauty is that our neighbors living on the lower floor in Block C will have a mini farm view. The downside is that those with sensitive nose may not enjoy the smell of fertilizers and manure used to nourish the farming land.
Well, always pros and cons and the need to compromise. Just like everything in life. :-)
i saw at propertyguru foresque rental charge is so close to its neighbor treehouse?
i understand foresque owners paying 200-300k higher for their unit compared to their neighbors,
i guess owners must be agreeing into slashing price or another reason is the agent aims for quicker deal?
no meaning to buy that expensive. poor thing.
If that was the case, the Tree house tenants would be eagerly waiting for their lease to be expired so that they can move to the Foresque.
Tree House landlords will then lower their rents further and try to retain some of them. Wise persons would be able to differentiate what is value for money! Eventually market will dictate what should be the right price for the Foresque and Tree house!
