why neh? anything go up will come down, but in Singapore, anything go down will soon go up again pretty fast. Sigh....waiting for COE to go down again.Originally Posted by flagship74
You need to wait for another 2 years for the owners who bought in 2008-2010 (during the bumper release of COEs: carplates starting with SJ?) to scarp their cars in 2014-2015. This is due to the usual 5-year cycle of car owners changing their cars. Only then COE MAY come down.Originally Posted by mastrix

well, on ura website it says 212 out of 216 units launched sold = 98%. hehehe.
another 280 units are not launched. all in 284 units are unsold, that means 57.3% unsold and 42.7% of the whole project sold.

Probably waiting for prices to stabilize before releasing the next block.
Developer make it already, they bought the land very cheap.
Many would think this project is expensive when compare to other developments, not considering the making of its framework and high pillar erection. cost were factor-in for such difficulties work and delays in the construction. the outcome is expensive but the end results were nice and unique. higher pillars allow winds to flow freely inside the compound.Originally Posted by Astronotus oscellatus

dairy farm, chestnut avenue and petir road will eventually filled up with private houses and tall luxury condos. it takes few years to fully develop the area.
foresque website shows the construction work already reach 8th floor.
its moving rapidly together with its neighbour treehouse. expect to complete in 2014.
According to URA data, another 11 units sold in April, all 231 units launched are sold, out of 496 units prices ranging from $1084-1329 psf.....developer probably holding back in anticipation of the soon to be launched development next to the other side of Tree House.
Unlikely holding back. More like v little sales but developer is unable to lower prices in case earlier buyers get angry. Maybe not desperate enough.
heard blk 103 which holds the largest floor area will only release for sale near completion at a higher pricing becos of shorter waiting time to key collection. the owner for the earlier four blocks were also benefited once new price up.Originally Posted by hyenergix
