I just happen to check on URA website, Terrase 100% sold... good job MCL Land ...looking forward to their speedy completion hahaha!

I think the MCL never expect 99.9% sold within 1 year. That is why the construction is not intended to be fast. Check the TOP date.
What is the % of completion? I saw in another thread that got one owner mentioned that his stack already TOP and can move in.
Do share with us pictures of the firefly creek once ready. 3 clubhouses + SPA & studio for this MCL project...lovely!
