Thanks leslie11 for the shot, i believe as a buyer (refer to myself, not sure other will think likewise), i just can't wait for the completion to be soon. Anyway, from your shot, it looks to be quite a bit more to do for the foundation. Hope it can be completed as soon as you mentioned .

Tell that to those who bought Suites@Paya Lebar. The foundation phase took like forever (compared with the developer's earlier projects)

I think the MCL never expect 99.9% sold within 1 year. That is why the construction is not intended to be fast. Check the TOP date.

What is the % of completion? I saw in another thread that got one owner mentioned that his stack already TOP and can move in.

Do share with us pictures of the firefly creek once ready. 3 clubhouses + SPA & studio for this MCL project...lovely!
