Yup - since ECs were relaunched, Belysa is the EC with the lowest number of units (but not the smallest one in size of land area - others like Waterbay EC are smaller in land area but with more units).

Belysa and Prive ECs are by NTUC Choice Homes - both of these ECs are about to be completed. Congrats to all home owners of these 2 EC

u are very right. # of units is one of my main criteria. Watercolours has 416, which is very healthy for the plot ratio and size too. YEAH!

i pass by prive everyday and have seen the entire construction progress. I am impressed, in terms of the facade finishing, how fast it went, and how it looked. I think prive buyers got a darn good deal . btw, its near TOP now, the landscaping is done up, construction walls removed, all fenced up.. i think just a matter of months;

Since we last came into this Belysa thread, Prive had TOP Liao.
Had visited Prive EC, it was impressive.

Any one has news or update on Belysa? I last I saw few days back, they are still constructing the ground level deck ....the swimming pool level.
