Do check their website, click on e-Services followed by Status of Plan Application for an update.

Plan Reference No.

"Procedure For Application For Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP)

Before the application for TOP may be considered, the Qualified Person shall request for a joint site inspection with BCA of the completed building works. The issuance of TOP will only be considered after successful site inspection and the submission of all the required documents and clearances from the other relevant technical authorities." Quoted from BCA website http://www.bca.gov.sg/TOPCSC/top_inspection.html

It seems the TOP application is submitted and before process TOP application, BCA will conduct site inspection, that is processing now "BCA-CSC-APPLN FOR SITE INSPECTION"

Not really familiar with all the terms, however it seems the project is at final stage already

Not familiar with the technical jargons too, but that sounds right.

They submitted TOP application even before the inspection application is 'approved' - I'm guessing it means the TOP application currently being 'suspended' until inspection is cleared. Looks like things are going okay so far

Would you guys happen to know where are the lighting points? For the single bedder, its says there are 8 lighting points excluding balcony.
