Well you would be surprised what recession can do..
But am sure we nowhere near that stage yet..
30psf better then selling at a loss right?

If you see developers stock..most of people have already anticipated they might have to sell at loss.. most trading well below NAV..

Cannot compare eggies and boaties..... eggies in Yishun (not many new launches)

eggies near to Yishun Central (future hub), and future NSE.

boaties boast about being near to park and water.

Boaties will appeal to upgraders in Hougang I believe and eggies appeal to North upgraders.

Next few months will gonna get interesting liaoz........ Teddy bears will be running wild, let's see how prices go.

After this afternoon's Asia market's response to last night's tumble in US, developer may be regretting to launch today (toto also not so exact). If launch price is high, no buyers which will have super negative impression on the project. If launch price is low, they lose revenue! Interesting to see what's their asking!

The plot near sk mrt by keppel is currently doing road shows too, rushing to launch soon. Hmmm... How will that affect Boathouse?

Only TOP in 3-4 years' time. If you can hold, why not just park your $ in property first?
