Default Pay extra $200 for use to law firm's trust account effective 1 Aug?

I was advised by my lawyer to complete the withdrawal of CPF funds for my property purchase by end of this month to avoid an additional charge of $200.

Did anyone else encounter this issue?

I know that the recently imposed requirement aims is to safeguard the buyers' funds but nothing was mentioned about additional charges to be borne by the buyer.
