    treehouse is pretty spacious. only 4 blocks. foreskill is more compact, 5 blocks. but still acceptable imo. crazily squeezily ones are punggol's the Treasure Trove !!

    traffic wise, yes, its bad for those FH condos (but near future mrt though)...

    The Hillier preview seems to perform well with quite a number of units sold. Its the hype again about integrated mall

    $1.2 mil for a 840sqft is very expensive leh !!

    SOHO type is for young couple w/o kids. Not practical for family.

    It will be a nightmare for their parents worrying over their 0. - 1year toddlers started to crawl or walk in such small space. Had such experience when my children are of that age even in large space.

    Which is better? Free range chicken or cage chicken? More space means better for development of the child .

    Landed does not mean must have lots of stairs if the area is big. It can be a single storey detached house in a large land.
