    Substation almost done... Most blocks up by 2 floors.


    Anyone knows what is the stretch of wall in front of Blk 121 is for?
    There seems to be some "window" holes on it (and 3 of them are temporary covered with cloth).


    The progress of the overhead bridge in front of the CDL show flat.
    I'm guessing it will have shelter, and the condo which will be build over the existing show flat will definitely benefit a lot from it.

    Default TPE really close

    Just drove past and saw that the Tennis court is like just next to the highway. I wonder those blocks like 111 though facing clubhouse will get the highway noise or not. Dnest is probably the worst buy will full exposure to the TPE noise.

    50/50. I personally don't think so. It's already 2014 in a few days time and most of us are only on the second payment notice.

    1Q15 is very likely. Some buyers only asked for first 10% payment. Unless CDL has another catch up plan ...

    Not possible. The amenities are still not built yet, how to TOP in 2014? CDL said it's Q1 2016 (instead of Q4 2016 as stated in S&P) so this should be a very likely target.

    After I submit my application, they send me an email with the below content :

    (1) Thank you for your application. Drawings captured in our archives record (Microfilm Rolls / digital record) relating to the above address are now available for selection by the Owners or their authorised person only.

    You have not submitted the following essential document for inspection & making copying of drawings. Please submit it at our office, failing which viewing of drawings is not permitted.
    ØProof of Ownership to ascertain the ownership of property:
    -Photocopy of Current Property Tax Statement from an existing Property Owner; OR
    -Photocopy of Certificate of Stamp Duty from a Prospective Purchaser who bought the property within the last 3 months.
    ØWritten Authorisation from Property Owner/ Prospective Purchaser:
    -As you are not the owner, a written authorisation allowing you to inspect/select and make copies of the drawings is required.

    (2) Please bring along your Identity Card and this letter, come to our office with your consultant to view and select the required drawings. You are advised to adhere to the followings.

    ØTime to view and select the required drawings:
    Mondays to Fridays : Morning - 8:30 am to 11:30 am ( latest arrival time) ;
    Afternoon - 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm ( latest arrival time )
    ØFees payable for extraction and printing of drawings:
    Copying fee - $25.00 per set of drawings ( payment by NETS, Cash Card or Credit Card at Counter 5 )
    Printing fee - $ 3.00 per sheet extracts from microfilms, or $4.00 per sheet extracts from digital record
    (payment by Cash, NETS or cheque to the contracted printing vendor)

    ØOffice address:
    Counter 5, BCA Service Centre, 5 Maxwell Road # 02-01, Tower Block MND Complex, Singapore 069110

    (3) Kindly complete the copying of drawings within 2 months from the date of this letter. Thereafter, this reply shall be deemed as closed. A fresh application and essential document with search fee have to be made for viewing of drawings.

    So I just show them a copy of my Stamp Duty Certificate. I did not have to get any authorization letter from the developer. But based on BCA website, it is stated that they have the rights to request for any additional document in relation to your application if necessary, and cancel the application if the required document is not provided.
