Maybe the developer thinks that it might take a while to sell their units as the location is in Geylang, so it will be safer to leave a bigger gap for the TOP date. But nowadays. Geylang properties seem to be selling quite well.Originally Posted by price

Yup heard that sales quiet good for this project and the last time I went was left few penthouse units left. Maybe small unit with high $/psf which overall price still affordable for a lot ppls to invest.

Passed by the site, saw that project board is up, which reads completion by July 2013, 4.5 years ahead of schedule!!
