    Does anyone care to share with me any idea that this land that Hedges Park is sitting on still consider Freehold under Heong Leong? Or the land had already been converted to 99 years by SLA?

    Hi Terrynfs, initially I though is a 99yrs LH too but I happened to found out during a visit to a project showroom that was launch recently and during the presentation on the surrounding site introduction, I was shock that the land that Hedge Park sit on was a FH land that Heong Leong had bough it sometime back but because of the recent sales of the other two 99 years land that Heong Leong realized that they no longer monopolized the property market in this area that they decided to release Hedge Park as a LH project and The Gale was their last FH here. By releasing Hedge Park as LH only they can competitive with the upcoming two LH project which is currently selling now.

    This what I heard and will like to share here and will also hope to get some feedback on how reliable this piece of news is.

    Taken at the bus stop opposite Best World.

    Realised there is very little interest in this project. Parc Olympia is launched much later but has sold far quicker.

    hong leong advertising is definitely cmi compared to far east, lol. actually i went to 'kaypoh' and visited hedges park, parc olympia and palm isle.

    if you ask me, hedges park has the best finishing and looks - compressed marble in living room, quartz sink counter and partial marble walls in both baths vs ceramic/porcelain tiles in parc olympia and the 1/2 bedders in palm isle.

    in terms of location and comparing ulu to ulu, hedges park is best - not next to TPE and has bus stops just outside it with buses to simei, tampines, pasir ris, tanah merah mrt & future dtl in 5 min.

    in terms of price, the cheapest 2 bedder 764 sq ft was only 600k then! that surely beat parc olympia and palm isle hands down. lol

    Not forgetting earlier TOP in 2014. But HL is really nonchalant in the way they market HP. Ai lai mai sua kind of attitude even when there was heated competition from PI and PO couple of months back

    based on my search in propertyguru, it seems like Hedges Park is the 'cheapest' which still can get low $800-ish psf for 3-bedder with 1001 sqft

    HP is cheap for a reason ? what is the launch price?

    not that i'm complaning but need to understand the rationale and make an informed decision.
