Previously while I was checking on some new launch on other projects, I also saw quite a number of units (on my search projects) being advertised on the property guru. So I was thinking whether for this project (Idyllic Suites), is it the left-over units that was advertised, that's why the purchase price remains the same.

Since it is not been rejected, probably some minor points need to be fixed

BCA will issue the TOP within 7 days from the date of application if the submission is found to be in order. Otherwise, the application will be suspended and a suspension letter stipulating the non-compliance will be issued to the QP, with a copy to the applicant. The QP may request for his application to be reactivated upon compliance of the outstanding requirements for further consideration of TOP.

My lawyer said no notice from them yet.

Huh? But last week that developer guy, now became DWG agent told me TOP obtained. He now selling the last unit on #08 for the developer. We met up with him to see the finishing. This development not running on pub gas pipe, are you all aware?

PUB gas is more expensive.

I think most of the pte apartments here don't run on PUB gas, mine also pte gas.

There are few methods to make the payment, instructions is printed behind the page, I supposed. Do you know that you can claim back some of your ppty tax from your developer for the date different between IRAS charge you and your TOP date, but you must pay your ppty tax first. Ask the lawyer to claim it for you.
If for self-stay, you can claim for ppty tax subsidy.
