    Lookin forward too. Get tire of going to NEX and Compass point.

    I noticed the recent transaction price is very low for watertown. I think it is quite a good buy to have it at less than $1200 per sq feet.

    Merry X'mas and a happy new year to all !!!

    Waterway point will be opening on 18 Jan 2016 so we have something to look forward to in the new year !

    Punggol Sports centre will be up 2019/2020 and SIT will move into Punggol probably by 2020.

    Another few more years and things will be very different.

    I passed by Watertown earlier and it was a beehive of activities ! There's many vehicles parked along both side of the road. I can see many contractors working on the renovation of the shops. With less than 2 weeks to the opening, there isn't much time. However, most of the carpentry and fabrication are probably done off-site and brought to the shop for final installation. I can see the sign for Uniqlo on the 2nd floor (overlooking waterway) and Maybank on the 1st floor (near the traffic light junction).

    Unless is own stay. then any price also can as long as one can afford. but at 1200psf for the location . Its a Carrort Town. AMK central Panaorama is going to 1100psf now. location is way better why would anyone pay $1200 for this location? and rental studio is not tested.

    You are right. Panorama should be lower psf compare to Watertown because Panorama is sitting in an old estate not near town center in a location with no vibrancy. The new MRT is not beside Panorama and it is still under construction. Where else Watertown is in town center, integrated with Waterway point and Punggol MRT. In fact Watertown should be more than $1200 psf.
