    These pics are taken last week directly behind watertown. Initially I thought it is some longkang. Honestly Punggol 21, the extremely densely populated town is depressing and its waterway is vulnerable to construction pollution giving a strange odour and shows very bad management. Even the park connectors, the waterway and the restaurant by the bay is up, I do not see how it is comparable to the pcn at river valley and really waterfront living given a very cramped backdrop in the future despite a very pretty artiste impression.

    I thought it is quite natural for rivers to appear muddy after a heavy downpour, based my knowledge after of watching years of documentaries.

    Punggol prices will be controlled by these new projects so I suspect it should not go any further up... ATT should be the highest price for now...
