Thread: Watertown : Punggol Waterfront Living

Default Watertown : Punggol Waterfront Living

Creating a thread for this as I got the mailer in my letterbox.

Developed by FEO, Fraser's and Sekisui House.

Integrated with mall.... let's see if the whole MRT, mall and condo in one is still super in demand.

Expected TOP: 1Q 2017 (that's very far away).

Actually, wilth the concept and idea surrounding this project, I am actually impressed with it... Given the vision of Punggol 21, and surrounding condos having good response this year, this might be another bestseller yet...

Bedok Reservoir near Newater plant in Bedok... We already drinking the corpse water. No wonder Mediacorp survey found that audience tastes have changed for the darker serials like Vampire Diaries, In Cold Blood and Perfect Deception...

I found that recently my reaction is faster, can see better in the dark and sleep later or need less sleep... Maybe is the good side effect of the "enhanced" water source...

You mean these? Longkang water source?

These pics are taken last week directly behind watertown. Initially I thought it is some longkang. Honestly Punggol 21, the extremely densely populated town is depressing and its waterway is vulnerable to construction pollution giving a strange odour and shows very bad management. Even the park connectors, the waterway and the restaurant by the bay is up, I do not see how it is comparable to the pcn at river valley and really waterfront living given a very cramped backdrop in the future despite a very pretty artiste impression.

Why not, they building a reservoir there right? Like Marina Barage. Reservoir water level lower than the sea level. Then one fine day, it floods for no reason.
