    I seriously don't think such expensive psf is sustainable. I was following your Picasa folder. Did you update? Any new photos of your new place?

    what is the rationale for completing the building of the project before launching it?

    So that developer can sell people 1700psf for a project that

    1. is priced higher than surrounding resale prices.
    2. Has limited parking lots which are only big enough to park a civic and some more chargeable.
    3. Offers immediate rental income to justify the high sales price.

    Seems like developer took a big risk to hold the units till t.o.p and are now reaping the rewards.

    7 more sold at 1500psf median in feb. 8 out of 29 left.
