Last heard frm agents there saying now they are marketing it in China... Im not too sure if alot of the residence are PRC... would the owners who bought earlier be ok with it

The size and architecture is nice but the price was just a tad too high. See if they get it right this time.
What is their new price? If Crapland signals 5% discount, the rest of the players must follow. More and more completed project with units unsold coming into the market every other month from now.
The pfs is not expensive, the problem is the quantum with the relative bigger size units. If they had 400+feet studios and 600+ 2 bedders, 900+3 bedders probably sold out by now
psf needs to drop more since area is big. no point holding inventory and clock is ticking

Market has too many negative factors...sibor rate hike...CMs to stay....resales price keep dropping...holding power so what...the wise who have better foresight tends will not keep holding it if they know the property market in Singapore will be DEAD for at least the next few years...Keep so many empty units for what...affecting your cash flow..

from Dleedon, to interlace to sky habitat, the lesson learned is that never, never buy new launch from CapitaLand. they will sell much cheaper near top.
next, wait for sky vue to drop?
Maybe later this year those high floor units in sky vue will sell at the same price as those low floor units.
Realise new launch RCR can no longer tahan... cutting prices...
