BTW not many units are for sale. Where can one find low maintenance fee of $200 odd for a two bedder unit which is equivalent to a 3 bedder at Jgatewy that likely to have at least 2.5 times of the maintenance fee here. Do your homework before making any statement as you have said many times. By the time, JLD is developed, 99lh would have shortened by easily by at least 15 years. Do not be sour grape like what you say. Time will tell.

Perhaps place is getting old and cost of maintaining is rising. Could be another case of The Sail where agents are running the show.

$200 maintenance is oddly low for any condo. It might be good for for short term investors, but for long terms, it will be a ticking time bomb as there will not be enough sinking fund for major repairs, which happens after building turns 10 years old.

My guess is majority there are short term investors who have no interested in building up sinking fund reserves for the future.

No problem. It has healthy sinking fund. Good revenue from the lease of car parks given its location and mainly tenanted.

Transacted prices for Seahill is impressive despite being a 99LH and no nearby mrt station within 10 min walk; even higher than J Gateway

The carpark is a circular MSCP separate tower from the residential units. No security issue at all. First 3 levels are reserved for residents if I recall correctly.

does the carpark have diret access to common facilities like pool toilet etc?

Does that also mean the people can use EG carpark as a place for illegal business like drug trade etc? which mean anybody can just walk into the MSCP or are they given access card?
