    How many of you in that cabin? Maybe holiday mood is different. And knowing you wont live there forever and die there...

    was told by agent, this is open for sales...
    Net net net is $1400+ psf....580k min for 409 sqf 1 bedder
    Not cheap.....

    i am very surprised why all the MM seem to be holding the high prices tight. no impact from CM??

    14xx and the layout for 409 sux. sink in master bedroom, no space for wardrobe, SH in bedroom right next to bed.

    new launches supposedly higher rite? but how come same psf somemore much better facilities? so who say CM not working.....???

    Thanks. The MM seems to be concentrated in these areas - bartley, serangoon, hougang ..

    i like the TK area leh ..quiet, close to east coast. geylang is cramped but good connectivity to other areas. except the sleazy factor

    Limpeh tua tiow....Residence....keke.......

    btw, think developer is testing the limit for MM14xxpsf

    adjacent Urban Residence, seems having diffulty moving units at 600k++
