    balestier seems to have lost its appeal. Even though its FH. If TSL really announces a station nearby it'll bring back demand again.

    Went to have a look, the cheapest unit there is the 1 bedders on the 7th floor 441sqft cost $666701 each. 1512psf!

    Their 1+1 581sqft is the most popular with whole of stack 1 sold out, stack 5 left 14th floor and above from $795877. 1370psf.

    How many units are sold so far?
    The psf looks high. Thomson 368 was launched with only 1300psf.

    New to this site. Does anyone know how this project is selling? Very little reported in URA website. I am interested in the location -- any further thoughts?

    2 units sold in may at 1555 and 1567psf.

    total 60 out of 80 launched out of 125 total units sold.

    Default Inaccurate reporting in ST today

    "Buyers have been especially keen on suburban and city fringe projects such as the newly launched Cradels, where 65 units have been sold since its launch last Saturday.

    The freehold condominium near Novena MRT station has a total of 125 units costing about $1,500 per sq ft.

    A one-bedroom unit of nearly 500 sq ft starts from about $600,000."

    According to URA data, 60 units were already sold in May and there are caveats dating back as far as Feb-12

    only 3 sold in June at 1530, 1576 and 1607psf. ST report was really inaccurate.

    3 more sold in jul at 1239, 1540 and 1544psf. 60 out of 125 to go.

    Only 2 units sold, currently 67 out of 125 units sold. Is this really the cheapest in D12 as advertised?

    did they chop price to make it cheapest?

    oh well, cityscape we say say liao also starts to sell, so maybe this month, this one also.

    very nice meh. all these balestier proj all look the same. 0 differentiation

    Yup this month can feel a lot of project that was initially not moving , can see crowd started to filled up. Hopefully this project moved too
