Want to know how high has 1-mth SIBOR rate ever reached in the past.

There is a crunch in USD funding for companies in Asia.

Demand by far out strip supply - interesting development since there is supposed to the flooded liquidity.

Recent bond issuance for quality names are all richer than expectation (NANFUNG / WHEELOCK etc)

Money pumped into the euro zone and USA are just recycled into their treasuries.

Henderson Land USD issue 5.5%.
Dah Sing Bank 5% (not sure USD or?).

Dah sing one is SGD. very small issue, all taken up almost in hrs.
Imminent one is singapore post perp notes, 5%. SGD of course.
