    anyone ever compute the total number of MM projects/units launch in geylang so far

    If one project on average is 70 units, 10 projects is 700 units. May be still lesser than WaterTown.....

    Haha! not just 1! another 1 next to it at Lor 34! Primedge.

    I think there's definitely more than 10 building in progress ones and probably another 10 newly launched ones?

    tats y i will avoid projects like euhabitat/WT which comprise of so many 1bdr.......scary

    i believe got 1k-1500units in total

    Maybe in 2020 all these will be en-bloc by Fragrance and convert them into Fragrance Gold 1 2 3 Ruby 4 5 6 hotels etc?

    no way gona enbloc la....unless plot ratio revised up lor.....

    however geylang still got many old old walkup apts ready to enbloc.....

    Buy from Far East, UOL, CDL etc, and you won't have this issue...
