CCR private property prices crashing to new low!
Time will come for OCR private property prices to crash (which is slowing happening now, although OCR prices are still close to historical high ever hit in Singapore)!
Already predicted outcome for you in 2012. If you knew how to make use of it, would surely have saved a lot.
Let me predict for you that the situation will still be largely the same in 2018, but with all sectors experiencing even growth. CCR>RCR>OCR but price gap in % the same.

the launch of STS was in early 2007 and that was before the hype. the lowest psf for this type of unit was #03-06 at 1618psf at the launch in feb 2007. for its own stack, 03-01 was at 1640psf. only 4 other units were sold at below 1689psf highest floor being 08-06. this unit is 16-01, much higher than those units. to be fair, 2905psf was achieved by the super ultimate penthouse, single storey 7,685sq ft. unique. the next highest psf was "only" 2364psf set in 2013.
