we are getting closer to China property frenzy .. ppl doing through legal backdoors to ESCAPE the CMs

of course ... it does not mean we are at the peak yet

and it seems like both SG/HK never learn from the Chinese's mistake of introducing too many soft / useless CMs, drag it across many years such that the system sucks in too many families until it is 'too big to fail'

next crisis will be spectacular .. garmen must remove all CMs in one stroke as it is 'too big to fail' liao

If no crisis, everybody happy. The most prices just stagnant. If rental is dropping and interest is rising, Singapore will most likely go into recession and property prices will of course start dropping. STI will drop as well because profit eroded.
