    I just bought this - 3-4 min walk to Aljunied and gross rental yield of 6% got me to sign on the dotted line...

    hopefully no regrets!

    What a name! I look at the add in papers today. Read the building name a few time. Thought SMRT? I was wondering what SMRT got to do with a condo? Coz word in red! Then I the A in diff color.....


    I guess at1500psf its a really SMART buy!

    yup 1+1 bedder...slightly over 1400 psf...freehold, city fringe and next to MRT is reasonable loh
