I asked my agent a few days ago about it and she said that seems like the developer had cancel the knock down option because not all 3 bedroom compact units can knock..     GOOD NEWS! on the knock down email to Huge, they actually replied fast, and with nice info this time round.

    the knock down is possible still - though there are some follow up actions required with the lawyers. PM me if anyone wants the email details; i will send via PM; Thanks

    enclosed the knock down floor plan too - both architectural and M&E
