    Woh Hup bot the entire land about ~13k sq ft @ 2.1plot ratio for $33.8mil. Land cost of around $1238 psf, breakeven i guess around $1600 or lesser since they are construction company. Selling probably around 1.8k psf. Max achieve by Mount Sophia Suites opposite this development was 2.1k psf for MM last yr. Av selling price around 1.7-1.8kpsf for studios in this development

    Heh, istana cut thru a lot better. If you've been inside that area, u will understand why. Cos from PS entrance to the istana building is a big plot of unused land that they make into a mini golf course/park, complete with swan pond.... How not to red eye likedat?
