    the patio units are super value for money, 200k instant gain if you take half the psf for the patio space

    Those who invested in Mt Sophia units hoping for this project to bring up the prices will be disappointed. The price is not higher than current Mt Sophia projects despite being newer and looks "cooler". Looks like market has stagnated.

    Its not apple to apple comparison. Just like Meadows @ Peirce which had a refurb tower at lower price band (or were they not when they should), 1919 i would say is lower for a fair value.
