Not all entire country are gas piped.
I am not sure those buyers of the 3 bedders aware of this.
To change from cylinder gas burnner to induction fire, need to change the burner, run power point, change all pots and pans.....

    1 Br = $1350 - $1450PSF is a very attractive price for the developer!

Bad fengshui. Open the door, bang wall (sharp edge pointing at the door)!

Mr Terence Teo, investment manager at developer Tong Eng Brothers, agreed that foreigners seem to be more cautious now and are sitting on the sidelines, possibly waiting for the extra stamp duty to be lifted.

Out of the 76 units sold at its recently launched Tropika East in Eunos, however, there were three foreign buyers, all of whom were Chinese nationals.

There are many Chinese buying EuHabitat as well ... seems like they prefer somewhere surrounded with landed properties (e.g. D Leedon, Euhabitat) or water body e.g. Waterfront Isle

"So far, more than 60 percent of its buyers (EuHabitat) are Singaporeans and permanent residents (PRs), while 25 percent are mainland Chinese. Most of the buyers are professionals or entrepreneurs."

=> I think now the # is higher, could be as high as 30+%

From the statistics, 228 persons viewed this advertisement.

I think the webmaster should consider charging the poster $228 to help defray the costs of maintaining this nice website.
