Depends, maybe 527sqft selling at 499k, they still get near 950psf. Still more expensive than Ripple bay

Showflat opening this sat onwards for viewing, though no price yet until preview 10th June. But at least can see and compare with any soon to launch project like River Isles since price-wise should be competitive though different location

Huh, I was expecting architecture to be like Sky Habitat, so developer means efficient layout?

The artist impression photo put the condo so close to the sea. Ripplebay also has similar drawing. No control on this?

Indicative price is not cheap, esp e premium or sea facing units. Not sure of its potential as it is far from sch, amenities etc.

Visited the showroom. HH is gauging demand to set the pricing. Personally, this is my preferred project in the area but I've run out of bullets! Any views from those who have viewed the showroom?

Hi, I cannot disagree more on the overpriced part as the "premium" are really the "dual views" aka "sea view and pool view". I went there on Sat for the preview and was questioning the dealers why the new indicative prices are so much higher than what is being advertised. Maybe to lure crowds, I guess.

Having said, I would like to check with the more seasoned buyer here who had visited the showroom over the weekend.

How is the quality as compared to the Ripple Bay and Sea Strand?
