    Not yet. My lawyer said chq and loan clearance will be on 14 or 15 July so mostly key collection is on either this Thurs or early next week liao.

    Maintenance Fees is 51.70 per share (excluding GST), not cheap considering not many facilities in Sea Esta.

    Wow~~ so happy , received TOP letter from lawyer yesterday. hope can get keys soon. found the maintance fee is quite high, expensive compare to my friends condo just TOP at Paris ris last month. Wondering if sea esta have any facebook, whatsapp group, we can share more information during defect checking and renovation.....

    If you unit is 6 shares then the MF will be 51.70*6 *7%(GST)

    Just to share on the using of Apps. You may want to learn from our experience.

    We started two years ago using whatsapp, when it hit the limitof 50, we switch to telegram apps which allow 200.

    it hit the limit again.......now we use Slack.

    Slack is more organize.
