Wow~~ so happy , received TOP letter from lawyer yesterday. hope can get keys soon. found the maintance fee is quite high, expensive compare to my friends condo just TOP at Paris ris last month. Wondering if sea esta have any facebook, whatsapp group, we can share more information during defect checking and renovation.....

Hello, anyone care to share your comments after getting the keys.
Just wanted to know if anyone have gotten keys to yr ground floor or penthhouse unit.Understand that only laminated glass can be used for the balcony awning which is very expensive at least double of what normal poly carbonate used in most projects. And this is not BCA nor URA Nor SCDF requirement but RECOMMENDED by developer architect for no good reason at all? would like to gather feedback on this.
